The ROSE Procedure

he Rose Procedure, as described on the home page, is a technique that is designed to specifically address stoma stretch. The pleats are taken at the base of the stomach pouch, at the periphery of the stoma. The pleats are held in place by anchor sutures, with small polyester "baskets" that hold the suture in place.
